Hi, I’m Dan!

I’m originally from Norwich, in the U.K. Norwich is famous for having a pub for every day of the year and so I have always had a love of pub culture, it’s in my blood!

The pub culture back home grew my love of ales and lagers from both local and international breweries. This love is what drove me into this industry and is the reason I am where I am today. Over the past six years, I have had the pleasure of managing three of Southeast Asia’s top craft beer taprooms in Thailand and Vietnam.

I returned to Thailand 2020 to begin working as the brand ambassador for Thailand with various well know Dutch & Belgian breweries. This role was a great way of integrating into the community, speaking to those that wanted to learn more about the beers I was ambassador of and helping educate the local beer community in general. Being a keen cook, as well as a foodie with a love of interesting restaurants and bars, I found myself doing some food writing & presenting with Bangkok Eats TV.

Now I have the honour of working at The Londoner Brew Pub, where I hope to continue building a relationship with the local community, our regular patrons, and first-time visitors. If you see me on your next visit to The Londoner, please say hello and allow me to introduce myself in person.
