Frederique arrived in Bangkok in September 2004 to follow her husband after living in France, with a year in England and then 5 years in Vietnam. She had never heard about netball before arriving in Thailand because as is not a sport they play in France. It is now her 3rd season in the same team as she likes doing sport, having fun and meeting new people. The 1st season, she was amazed to participate in a league with very good teams as she originally thought it was just to train and do a bit of exercise. She plays wing defense.
She works part time and in the rest of her spare time she does yoga and takes care of her kids.
